User-submitted content (profile details, photos, vendor portfolios) remains the property of the respective user but is licensed to ShaadiMubarakIndia for display purposes on the Platform.
Vendors and franchise partners are independent third parties. ShaadiMubarakIndia verifies basic documentation but does not guarantee the quality, pricing, or performance of any vendor's services, nor does it act as an employer or principal of any franchise partner. Any agreement, transaction, or dispute between a member and a vendor is solely between those parties.
ShaadiMubarakIndia organizes and facilitates the mass marriage (Samohik Vivah) program as a community service. We do not act as a religious or legal marriage officiant. Couples are responsible for ensuring their marriage is solemnized and registered in accordance with applicable personal and civil law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaadiMubarakIndia, its founders, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between members, vendors, or franchise partners.
Any complaints or grievances regarding the Platform, payments, or conduct of other users may be raised with our Grievance Officer at ashrafkhan013560@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 working days.
This Legal Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kota, Rajasthan.
