By accessing or using the ShaadiMubarakIndia website and services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Our matrimony services are intended for individuals aged 18 years (female) and 21 years (male) or above, in accordance with applicable Indian marriage laws. By registering, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate personal, educational, and professional information.
• Misrepresentation of identity, marital status, or any material fact may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Membership Plans & Payments

Membership plans (Local, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, VIP Elite) grant access to a limited or unlimited number of profile views and contact details, as described on the Membership page. All fees are quoted inclusive of applicable GST. Payment must be completed before plan benefits are activated.

5. Vendor & Franchise Terms

Vendors and franchise partners registering on the Platform agree to provide accurate business information, valid identification, and required documents for verification. ShaadiMubarakIndia reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any vendor or franchise listing at its sole discretion.

6. Mass Marriage (Samohik Vivah) Program

Participation in the mass marriage program requires a non-refundable registration fee followed by the selected membership plan fee. Couples must provide valid identification and consent documentation. ShaadiMubarakIndia facilitates the event but does not act as a legal witness or registrar of marriage; couples remain responsible for completing any legal marriage registration as required by law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake or duplicate profiles.
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication with other members.
• Using the Platform for commercial solicitation outside approved vendor listings.
• Uploading content that is obscene, defamatory, or unlawful.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShaadiMubarakIndia acts as a facilitating platform only. We do not guarantee a successful match, marriage outcome, or vendor service quality, and we are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between members, vendors, or franchise partners.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice, and without refund of any fees paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
